Some versions and timelines of this reality are unfolding into cycles in which progressive consciousness is dominant or in which progressive and regressive consciousness are more equalized, while others are unfolding into cycles even more regressive-dominant than what we are presently experiencing.
As such, the current ruling class, including various off-world beings and their human and non-human minions on this planet, are going all out in their endeavor to derail us from our awakening journey to ensure that this reality and its primary timelines [continue] their consciousness regressive-dominant unfoldment into subsequent evolution cycles.

Whether or not they are aware of it, the ‘mission’ for many of these human and non-human beings (as well as numerous other non-ruling class individuals) in these versions of themselves in this reality at this time is to create through consciousness-regressive consciousness as part of consciousness’ ongoing process of seeking balanced expression through, within and between its regressive and progressive aspects. It must also be understood that some of the ruling class—both human and non-human—are not in alignment with their mission/purpose for this version of themselves this reality at this time. In other words, they, like many non-ruling class individuals, have been caught in the flow of consciousness-regressive creation which is NOT what Core Self intends for these versions of itself/themselves in this reality at this time. Never have so many been manipulated so much by so few." ~Aldous Huxley Since before the beginning of the original transition of humanity from a consciousness progressive-dominant cycle of evolution to increasingly consciousness regressive-dominant cycles of evolution, various [non-human] races and civilizations (both off-world and cohabitants of our world) have been devising and implementing a variety of psychological and technological techniques to manipulate and otherwise "downgrade" the genetics and functional capacities of the mind-body complex. One of the countless lies perpetrated upon humanity through the use of some of these techniques is that the science of psychology only came into existence a few centuries ago.
Some of the races that were invited to participate in the original human project for the purpose of learning how to transition their own civilizations from consciousness-regressive to consciousness-progressive cycles by way of physicality, or enabling them to gain access to higher-order cycles of consciousness-progressive evolution through physicality, were greatly intimidated by and extremely envious of the highly-advanced energetic and creational capacities of the original full-human mind-body complex.  "As you go the way of life, you will see a great chasm. Jump. It is not as wide as you think." ~Joseph Campbell The self-mastery attainment / awakening journey is an initiatory process. Each step we take, each choice we make either leads us closer to or away from our capacity to fully transduce Core-Self desire and higher-order knowledge.
The initiatory process of awakening, by way of our moment-to-moment choices, affords us access to higher-order, consciousness-progressive states of being that will ultimately enable our access to and ability to directly interact and consciously co-create with higher-density consciousness-progressive beings in higher-order dimensions and realities. With our currently consciousness-regressive cycle of evolution now coming to an end, the awakening journey is our opportunity within this reality at this time to prepare ourselves for "re-entry" into higher-order cycles of [consciousness] evolution by restoring our mind-body complex to its original, full-human consciousness-progressive state of being, in turn restoring our capacity to fully transduce the higher-order energies, creational capacities and intelligence of Core-Self. All obstacles will melt away before you." ~The Mother Understanding what we really are, seeing the world as it really is—not how we wish it to be—and being able to distinguish truth from lies and half truths (distortions) are requisite to progressing on your conscious journey of awakening. Your ability to embody Core Self is directly impacted by your understanding, or lack of understanding of what is currently taking place within and around you.
Identifying the obstacles on your journey that thwart not only your ability to embody Core Self, but your inherent desire to do so is of vital importance. There are five fundamental barriers which suppress awareness of and access to higher-order knowledge and energies by suppressing awareness of and thus access to inner knowing. These barriers were "erected" and are continually reinforced through an array of techniques which diminish and ultimately regress consciousness. They were selected and implemented by the consciousness-regressive ruling class because of their effectiveness in keeping humanity mired in low-level, self-limiting, fear-based consciousness. This is why and how [relatively] few have been able to successfully manipulate and hold dominion over the many in our currently consciousness regressive-dominant reality.
The ruling class, comprising both "non-physical" (in 3rd-density/3rd-dimensional terms of physicality), non-human, higher-density interdimensional beings and their human and non-human minions in our reality, are quite literally control freaks working together around the clock, year in and year out, from one decade to the next, one century to the next and from one [consciousness] evolutionary cycle to the next, marching ever forward toward achieving their common, human consciousness-regression goals. They relentlessly, doggedly seek to lock in total world (and reality) domination, with a long history of working to undermine the efforts of those whose purpose is to bring consciousness-progressive creation into this reality. But what does embodiment really mean and how do we actually attain that?
To fully embody Core Self means that our mind-body complex has been restored to its original capacity for transducing the higher-order consciousness, knowledge, energies and creational capacities of Core Self, as well as its desire for the unique ways in which these are to be applied by this aspect of itself (your mind-body complex) within this reality... What he thinks, he becomes." ~Mahatma Gandhi Maintaining a positive attitude on your awakening journey can be extremely challenging as you come to know and understand the "hidden" truths of our reality. The extent of our ability to develop and maintain a positive outlook directly correlates to the depth of our desire for and dedication to seeking, coming to understand and embodying the truth of what we really are and our higher-order purpose in being here.
