MINDS OF MADNESS: THE INNATE PSYCHOPATHY OF THE RULING CLASS

Consciousness unwaveringly responds to focused attention and effort—whether the attention and effort are consciousness-progressive (service-to-others) or consciousness-regressive (service-to-self). This is why and how [relatively] few have been able to successfully manipulate and hold dominion over the many in our currently consciousness regressive-dominant reality.

The ruling class, comprising both "non-physical" (in 3rd-density/3rd-dimensional terms of physicality), non-human, higher-density interdimensional beings and their human and non-human minions in our reality, are quite literally control freaks working together around the clock, year in and year out, from one decade to the next, one century to the next and from one [consciousness] evolutionary cycle to the next, marching ever forward toward achieving their common, human consciousness-regression goals. They relentlessly, doggedly seek to lock in total world (and reality) domination, with a long history of working to undermine the efforts of those whose purpose is to bring consciousness-progressive creation into this reality.

TRUE CONSPIRATORS: HOW THE FEW SUCCEED IN MANIPULATING AND CONTROLLING THE MANY

Despite sometimes deceptive outward appearances, the ruling class are unified in their overarching agendas and their efforts to fulfill them. Of course, they often bicker over "odds and ends," such as particular distributions of resources (both physical and energetic) and geographic / populous domain.

The majority of the non-human ruling class seek "merely" to control and keep human consciousness regressed so they can continue to exploit and harvest both our physical energy and [non-physical] consciousness and vital energy toward fulfilling their service-to-self agendas. A few of the non-human ruling class races, along with other independent-functioning regressive-dominant beings, seek not only to exploit and harvest (if not directly feed upon) human energies, but to ultimately destroy humanity for myriad self-serving reasons.

At best, all of these beings are "stretching the limits" of, if not completely violating the primary rule of engagement within this reality, namely, be harmless.

On occasion, some of the ruling class completely overstep their designated boundaries of power. But as a whole, they are single-minded in their efforts to fulfill their service-to-self goals.
 
They are true conspirators, all being intently-focused on the same or similar outcomes. Conspirators are those who operate through the same "type" of consciousness—either [predominantly] consciousness-progressive or [predominantly] consciousness-regressive. They are undivided in their ultimate aims.
 
Are those of us whose purpose it is to create predominantly through progressive consciousness undivided in our ultimate aims? Do we acknowledge each other's uniqueness and individuality while also recognizing and seeking to leverage our common goal of consciousness-progressive creation in this reality at this time?

Do we invest our time applying focused attention and effort toward the attainment of self-mastery and restoring the mind-body complex to its original, full-human capacities, acting in accordance with higher-order principles of creation and the rules of engagement in ways that do not cause harm and suffering?
 
Or are we completely at odds and conflicted, not only with one another, but also within ourselves?
 
We say that we have chosen to undertake a conscious journey of awakening and want to make the world a better place. Yet we continue to do things that diametrically oppose what we say. Our thoughts, words and actions are neither unified, nor aligned with the higher-order desires of Core Self.
 
The beings who pull the strings on this planet through negative influence and manipulation are all on the same page—operating as one through regressive consciousness and creation. They maintain an unflinching desire for and focus on the "prize," albeit using a variety of means to fulfill their individual agendas.

But they manage to "get along" with and tolerate each other (to a certain extent), often working together and sharing various manipulation strategies and techniques because they are aware of, in tune with and continually seek to leverage the fact that they are all seeking the same overarching goal of controlling and keeping human consciousness regressed.
 
THE RULING CLASS STATE OF MIND
 
Human ruling class elites and their non-human counterparts that are using human mind-body complexes as hosts function through the very lowest modalities of human consciousness. However, this does not mean they don't use higher-level brain functions.
 
It means their thoughts, emotions and actions are driven by and governed through the force of intense psychotic fear, with its following forms being their primary behavioral drivers:
 
~Fear of lack and not having "enough" [expressed as feelings and behaviors of entitlement and insatiable greed].
 
~Fear of loss of power and control [expressed through acts of aggression and predation-driven by an obsessive compulsion to manipulate, control and dominate others].
 
~Fear of unworthiness and an inability to cope [expressed as an acute sense of intellectual elitism and/or genetic superiority, encompassing a "We are gods" mindset].
 
~Fear of the "unknown" (death / the yet-to-be-"experienced") [expressed through the psychopathic use of biotechnology and genetic manipulation in their quest to attain immortality and transform [most of} humanity into non-human cyborgs that will do their bidding without question and over which they will rule for eternity].
 
Despite appearances, the regressive human and non-human ruling class are slaves to every conceivable type and level of fear. They're completely immersed in the illusion of separation because they are completely immersed in regressive consciousness.
 
They believe that life—and the whole of consciousness itself—is nothing more than a series of competitive win-lose, winner-take-all scenarios. They constantly hatch, organize and order their witting and unwitting minions to implement ruthless, cold-blooded schemes that ensure they are never "losers"—literally feeding on and harvesting for trade or sale the incalculable suffering they cause along the way.
 
Their higher levels of awareness enable the controllers to conceptualize, plot and plan far better than most. But they are devoid of the qualities of real love and compassion, and thus, any concern for the well-being of anyone other than themselves.
 
Ruling class humans on this planet are meticulously selected and groomed to control those operating at the uppermost levels of every key institution in society by exercising their enormous power and influence from within exclusive secret societies, think tanks, foundations and myriad other behind-the-scenes organizations that govern world affairs.

CONSCIOUSNESS-REGRESSIVE LINEAGE

The behind-the-scenes non-human, regressive consciousness-dominant beings and their highest-level "human" minions in our world are psychopaths. By definition, a psychopath is one who suffers from chronic mental disease, exhibiting aberrant, sometimes violent social behavior. Research-based estimates indicate that somewhere between one in fifty people, and as many as one in thirty are psychopathic in nature, meaning they have no conscience.
 
Psychopaths are incapable of feeling the normal range of human emotions, particularly when it comes to being able to empathize with other people. They are physiologically and psychologically incapable of feeling empathy for anyone else's suffering.

The only things they're concerned with are their own well-being and prosperity, and that they do not suffer. They do not care on any level or in any capacity whatsoever about anyone else.
 
These are the innate qualities of the people at the highest levels of all key societal structures and institutions around the world, and of the behind-the-scenes human and non-human puppet masters who control them.
 
As difficult as this may be for you to accept, look up for yourself and do your own study of psychopathy, the characteristics and behaviors of psychopaths and how psychopaths operate in society. In doing so, the truth becomes readily apparent to those who are sincerely seeking knowledge and understanding of the hidden truths of our reality.
 
The people in pivotal positions below the higher-level controllers—those put in place to do the psychopaths' bidding—are not necessarily psychopaths. They don't need to be when they're under the influence of social conditioning and engineering.
 
These "globalists" work through many different organizations, some you may have heard of and some you may not, particularly if you're new to this information. It is vital that you see and grasp the worldwide reach of their tentacles of control. To say that the list of organizations and groups through which they operate is extensive would be a gross understatement.
 
Once you undertake your own investigation—and it's critical that you do—you'll discover some of the principal players and their key minions within these groups. Even the most cursory investigation reveals a revolving-door pattern wherein many of these individuals routinely move from a high-level post or position in one organization or institution of control, to one in another organization or institution of control. A number of them operate in key positions within multiple entities simultaneously.
 
Make no mistake—the ruling class maintain power over and exercise their control at the very highest levels of all institutionalized world religions. You can look into all of these institutions and groups on your own. Available information about them is so voluminous you could spend several lifetimes looking and never get through it all.
 
PSYCHOPATHY: AN INTENDED BYPRODUCT OF GENETIC ENGINEERING
 
Along with narcissistic, borderline personality disorder (BPD) and other human hybrid mind-body complex disorders, the primary purpose behind genetically-engineered psychopathy was to ensure that a certain percentage of human mind-body complexes within this reality would be compatible hosts—both part time and full time—for the consciousness-regressive beings from other densities (and various realities) that are either incapable of or choose not to become manifest in our world.

Because psychopaths are engineered without conscience or the normal range of human emotions, they are "unrestrained" from taking the kinds of actions you and I could never conceive, much less seriously consider or actually act upon.
 
This is the very reason that when the typical trusting (if not naive) individual first hears about some of the abominable things the human and non-human ruling class have done and are currently doing in the world, he/she struggles to accept it and often rejects the information at least initially.
 
A typical response to this information from naive, uninformed people is, "They would never do anything like that!". More often than not, what a person of this mindset is really thinking and feeling—perhaps at the subconscious level—is, "I would never do anything like that!"

In this excerpt from The Active Side of Infinity, author Carlos Castaneda, via the "voice" of Don Juan Matus, addresses this and other hidden truths of the nature of the "humans" and non-human beings pulling the strings in our reality, along with Carlos' initial horror and disbelief when he learns the truth...

We have a predator that came from the depths of the cosmos and took over the rule of our lives. Human beings are its prisoners. The Predator is our lord and master. It has rendered us docile, helpless. If we want to protest, it suppresses our protest. If we want to act independently, it demands that we don't do so... I have been beating around the bush all this time, insinuating to you that something is holding us prisoner. Indeed we are held prisoner!

"This was an energetic fact for the sorcerers of ancient Mexico... They took us over because we are food for them, and they squeeze us mercilessly because we are their sustenance. Just as we rear chickens in chicken coops, the predators rear us in human coops, humaneros. Therefore, their food is always available to them."

"No, no, no, no, [Carlos replies] this is absurd, don Juan. What you're saying is something monstrous. It simply can't be true, for sorcerers or for average men, or for anyone."

"Why not?" don Juan asked calmly. Why not? Because it infuriates you? ... You haven't heard all the claims yet. I want to appeal to your analytical mind. Think for a moment, and tell me how you would explain the contradictions between the intelligence of man the engineer and the stupidity of his systems of beliefs, or the stupidity of his contradictory behaviour. Sorcerers believe that the predators have given us our systems of belief, our ideas of good and evil, our social mores. They are the ones who set up our hopes and expectations and dreams of success or failure. They have given us covetousness, greed, and cowardice. It is the predators who make us complacent, routinary, and egomaniacal."

"But how can they do this, don Juan? [Carlos] asked, somehow angered further by what [don Juan] was saying. Do they whisper all that in our ears while we are asleep?"

"No, they don't do it that way. That's idiotic!" don Juan said, smiling. They are infinitely more efficient and organized than that. In order to keep us obedient and meek and weak, the predators engaged themselves in a stupendous manoeuvre... stupendous, of course, from the point of view of a fighting strategist. A horrendous manoeuvre from the point of view of those who suffer it. They gave us their mind! Do you hear me? The predators give us their mind, which becomes our mind. The predators' mind is baroque, contradictory, morose, filled with the fear of being discovered any minute now.

"I know that even though you have never suffered hunger... you have food anxiety, which is none other than the anxiety of the predator who fears that any moment now its manoeuvre is going to be uncovered and food is going to be denied. Through the mind, which, after all, is their mind, the predators inject into the lives of human beings whatever is convenient for them. And they ensure, in this manner, a degree of security to act as a buffer against their fear.

"The sorcerers of ancient Mexico were quite ill at ease with the idea of when [the predator] made its appearance on Earth. They reasoned that man must have been a complete being at one point, with stupendous insights, feats of awareness that are mythological legends nowadays. And then, everything seems to disappear, and we have now a sedated man. What I'm saying is that what we have against us is not a simple predator. It is very smart, and organized. It follows a methodical system to render us useless. Man, the magical being that he is destined to be, is no longer magical. He's an average piece of meat. There are no more dreams for man but the dreams of an animal who is being raised to become a piece of meat: trite, conventional, imbecilic.”

Because their psyches aren't twisted and diseased as are those of the psychopathic controllers, and they are ignorant of (or refuse to accept) the existence of highly-intelligent non-human beings, the average individual can't even imagine that there are those who would take the kinds of perverse actions against humanity that have been taken.
 
If you're struggling to get your mind around this information, it's vital that you suspend your disbelief if you intend to become fully-informed and thus capable of progressing on your journey of awakening. The way to do this is by not attributing the natural traits and restraints that you possess and use, to others who do not have those same inherent qualities of conscience, empathy and compassion.
 
CHARACTERISTICS OF A PSYCHOPATH
 
When you investigate psychopathy, you will likely be stunned by what you find. Even light research readily dispels the erroneous, yet widely-held belief that all psychopaths are wild-eyed maniacal murderers. The following paragraphs relate some of the more common, yet lesser-known qualities of psychopaths, sometimes referred to as sociopaths.
 
They are aggressive and exhibit an abnormal lack of conscience and empathy. They are extremely adept at manipulating others. Psychopaths consciously seek to develop and hone that ability because they know it is the only way they're able to get others to do things they wouldn't normally do.
 
If others were to find out you couldn't care less about what they're experiencing and that your sole concerns in life are your own prosperity and well-being, most would want nothing to do with you. Psychopaths understand this from a very young age and become very good at faking emotions whenever a situation calls for it, easily convincing others they're "normal" human beings.
 
Psychopaths actively engage in consciousness-regressive, service-to-self behaviors. They possess the ability to appear outwardly benevolent, thus eliciting the following type of response in the face of scrutiny or condemnation of their behaviors and actions: "Oh, he's such a nice person. He wouldn't do that."
 
Wrong. You would never do that because you're not a psychopath devoid of conscience and compassion. But "he or she" would most certainly do "that." Psychopaths are highly-skilled actors able to behave in superficially charming ways that hide their purely service-to-self motives.
 
Human psychopaths at the very top of the pyramid of control intermarry and interbreed within their own and other so-called "elite" bloodlines. This ensures the continuation of psychopathic bloodlines and enables their progeny to smoothly assume elite positions of power and control from one generation to the next.
 
Is any of this starting to sound familiar?
 
RULE BY GENES
 
Throughout history, rulers over all so-called "great" civilizations on the planet have claimed their leadership by "divine right" according to bloodlines. In other words, they asserted their right to rule as progeny of the "gods" (the consciousness-regressive non-human beings pulling their puppet strings), because they knew, at least at some level, that they were/are the bearers of the DNA of their "gods."
 
To this day, Britain's head of state assumes that position solely because of her ancestral bloodlines (DNA). In fact, the hierarchy of the entire ruling class is structured according to a person's DNA relationship to the queen (or king). There are currently "hereditary" heads of state in more than 25 countries around the world.
 
What is rule by DNA if not abominable genetic elitism? This so-called "divine right" to rule has everything to do with the real origin of these bloodlines.
 
"Royalty" claims to descend from the "gods" of the ancient world. Thus their families have incessantly interbred with each other since ancient times seeking to preserve DNA "purity."
 
Do you not find it interesting that the families of the power elite do the same to this very day? Why do they do this?
 
Because they are all of the same bloodlines they wish to preserve.
 
The royal "divine" bloodlines of ancient Babylon (now Iraq), Sumer, the Indus Valley, Egypt and elsewhere expanded into Europe to become the royal and aristocratic families which ruled that continent and most of the world primarily through the British Empire and the empires of the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium and France.
 
As people began to reject and challenge the overt tyranny of dictatorships, the bloodlines moved underground and began operating among the population from within all key areas of modern society worldwide. You will find similar stories in cultures all throughout the world.
 
THEIR LOW-LEVEL MINIONS
 
The ruling class use intimidation and violence whenever they deem it necessary for advancing their consciousness-regression agendas. They have absolutely no qualms about violating others, including killing them, but never actually do these things themselves.
 
Instead, they create and populate large organized groups with psychopathic humans who blindly follow orders — no matter how harmful to others the orders may be — for purposes of enforcing their agenda of control and putting their illusory power on public display to intimidate the many. These groups are the very lowest of the controller classes on the hierarchical pyramid.
 
My reference here is to military and law enforcement groups. These institutions were put in place to do the bidding and fulfill the consciousness-regression agendas of the elite psychopaths and their non-human puppet masters.
 
The extreme, often brutally-violent activities of these groups are on the rise around the world during these end-of-evolution-cycle times. The people in these groups are willing to do whatever they are told to do for a paycheck and what many of them see as an "opportunity" to exercise what they perceive as their "power" over others.
 
Though often not [genetic] psychopaths, they carry out their consciousness-regressive orders because they've embodied a psychopathic state of being.
 
PRIMARY AND SECONDARY PSYCHOPATHY
 
The disease of psychopathy is inherent in some people. They actually "come into" this world with the [physical] genetic disorder of psychopathy and are referred to as primary psychopaths.
 
Through the use of social conditioning, social engineering and other forms of mind and emotional manipulation, psychopaths can also be "bred." These people are referred to as secondary psychopaths. Though not genetic ("physical" DNA) psychopaths, they are nevertheless psychopaths.
 
Prolonged states of left-hemisphere or right-hemisphere domination cause physical damage to the brain. The damage to the neocortical structures in the brains of people who are obsessed with control is clearly visible in both high-tech PET and SPECT brain scan images. You can easily access and view images of actual scan subjects for yourself, both online and in various textbooks.
 
PRODUCTION-LINE PSYCHOPATHY
 
You've probably heard the expression, "You are what you eat." That truth extends well beyond the food you ingest.
 
You are the aggregate of all that you take into yourself. You become what you eat, what you drink, what you breathe, what you think, what you believe, what you watch, what you read, what you listen to and what you pay attention to. As a side note, this is NOT an excuse for avoiding or discounting various disturbing truths that you will encounter when you are actively engaged in the self-mastery / awakening process. You can obtain vital knowledge without internalizing it in ways that lead to [unhealthy] distortions in your mind-body complex.
 
The brain is the highly-programmable mechanism of the human mind-body complex through which mind operates and enables us to function within and experience physicality. Everything that is taken into the mind-body complex throughout the course of life determines the type and quality of consciousness of the individual. As conscious travelers on the journey of awakening, one of many things we are tasked with is to become highly discriminating about that which we consume.
 
Those who have ingested massive quantities of warped ideologies and institutionalized beliefs (distortions) are extremely prone to psychopathy. This applies to men and women of all races, cultures, socioeconomic levels and professions.
 
Though very difficult to accept, the most significantly brain-damaged individuals are those operating within military and police organizations. It's particularly hard to accept if you have family members or friends who currently participate in one of these groups.
 
One of my intentions in providing this information is to help those who become aware of and seek to repair the damage—the actual physical brain damage—they have suffered so they can begin healing themselves. The first steps toward healing are seeing and acknowledging that this is actually happening.
 
HOLDING THE LINE
 
The more someone functions solely through the R-Complex or "survival center" of the brain, the more damaged the brain becomes, and the more consciousness-regressive the individual becomes. The individuals who are most susceptible to and routinely exhibit this damage are those who are constantly faced with violent or potentially violent situations, thus constantly subjected to extremely high levels of stress and continuously operating in the "fight or flight" survival mode.
 
Ask yourself, "Who is in those kinds of situations virtually all the time?"
 
There is one substance that when consistently present in the body can damage the higher-order neo-cortical structures of the brain even more than the chronic abuse of opiates, which are the most highly-addictive and damaging of all drugs. The behind-the-scenes entities know that when released into the body on a chronic basis, this substance is more damaging to the neocortex than any other compound you could think of consuming—and it already exists within the mind-body complex.
 
This compound is adrenaline. If you investigate the physical effects of excessive adrenaline exposure, you will find that it causes some of the most damaged brain patterns among compounds known to harm the neocortex.
 
Which members of our society have adrenaline pumping through their bodies (and brains) on an almost non-stop basis?
 
Becoming aware of this information can empower understanding of why many of those in the military and law enforcement agencies are able to act with such brutality and violence, completely without conscience. This information exposes an underlying causal factor and thus, a viable explanation as to why many of these people follow whatever orders they are given—no matter who or how many will be harmed.
 
The sole "remedy" for this brain damage can only be found on a consciously-chosen path to progressive consciousness and creation. The necessary first step on this journey is the individual's capacity to accept the truth that humanity's own thoughts and behaviors are the fundamental causal factor underlying all its suffering.
 
Always keep in mind that these psychopathic beings—both human and off-world—are deeply entrenched in and operate solely from a place of fear which they are highly skilled at hiding from others. Beings at the very top of the overarching pyramid of control are the most fearful and thus, the best actors of all when it comes to hiding their deficits of real love and compassion.
