I loved the interview,.
What is the emotional clearing technique that you mentioned Louisa, that Mary Anne created?

Inner work is the great life work really.
I would like to the value of real community is where true healing can be done, and ties hand in hand with Mary Annes comment about service to other.
Louisa I really relate to your story, I have had the same vision about a healing center :-)

Hi Rose

I highly recommend you have a session with Mary Anne with regards to the emotion clearing process. It is a tool I use twice daily also with children. We love it, and as I said in the interview it teaches personal responsibility and release of emotions beautifully. It also helps us to become more consciously aware of our emotions so that we can clear on the go so to speak. It is most certainly worth it to explore this tool in greater depth.
